My stay at Orchid Business Hotel was less than ideal. while the exterior and lobby were modern and welcoming, the rooms left much to be desired. I encountered a damp, unclean room and outdated features, like a manual room key. To top it off, the lights unexpectedly went out while I was showering, forcing me to use my cellphone for light. overall, it was an unpleasant experience.
